Separation solution for WHY+M Craft Beer is a supporting project for craft beer production, with disc centrifuge separation technology at its core. It combines multiple technological processes such as green beer purification and turbidity regulation. The separation process is based on a high centrifugal force field and multi-layer disc sedimentation. By precisely adjusting the rotation speed, it can efficiently remove protein coagulants, hop fragments, and yeast cells after fermentation from the wort. It can also regulate the turbidity according to product requirements, adapting to either clear or hazy craft beer styles.
After the separation process is completed, the product can be directly transferred to the filling workshop after filtration. After blending and sterilization, it is packaged into barreled or bottled finished products. Alternatively, the clear liquid can be transferred to the concentration workshop for pre-treatment and then enter the drying workshop to be made into flavor base materials. The equipment is made of food - grade 316L stainless steel and is equipped with a CIP cleaning system. Finally, it achieves a yeast removal rate of > 98% and a beer loss of approximately 0.6%, ensuring the production of high - quality craft beer.
