
This project is a high-tech industrial project centered around synthetic biotechnology. It integrates multiple production workshops, including fermentation, extraction, drying, and powder mixing workshops. The fermentation workshop is based on multi-level microbial expansion culture. Through precise control of process conditions, it enables synthetic chemical reactions and obtains the required active ingredients through microbial metabolism.
Upon completion of the fermentation process, the fermentation broth is transferred to a nozzle centrifuge. Based on a high centrifugal force field and multi-layer disc sedimentation, the fermentation broth is extracted and purified to ensure the purity and effectiveness of the produced substances.
According to the product's usage requirements, the liquid materials can be blended, sterilized, filled, and packaged into barrel-shaped finished products. Alternatively, the liquid materials can be transferred to the drying and powder mixing workshop for drying, granulation, coating, compound mixing, and packaging, ultimately producing solid finished products that meet the standards.
